02 Check the chip of your smart TV

Nowadays, there are more and more smart TVs on the market which are very rich in functions. The built-in Android system can install various third-party applications. Some smart TVs even come with third-party screen mirroring tools.

However, not all smart TV could fulfill your need, because of the weak chip.

Here are the common TV CPU chips ranking, from high-end to low-end performance:

  • A73 quad-core (the basic frequency is 1.3GHz/1.5GHz and 1.8GHz, higher is better)

  • A73 dual-core + A53 dual-core 1.7GHz processor

  • A55 quad-core 1.9GHz processor (close to the performance of A73 dual-core + A53 dual-core 1.7GHz processor, there is also a 1.7GHz version)

  • A53 quad-core 1.7GHZ processor

  • A73 dual-core processor (not recommended to buy it, they are usually old models)
